退費規則Refund Policy

本頁說明「Tarot With George 微醺塔羅」（以下稱「本網站」）商店與會員方案的退費規則，適用於信用卡（PAYUNi 統一金流）與銀行匯款兩種付款方式。
七日猶豫期
依消費者保護法第 19 條通訊交易規定，你可於收到商品或完成購買後 7 日內、且尚未使用任何服務，不附任何理由申請解除契約、全額退費。實體商品須保持全新未使用狀態。
年度占卜會員（NT$3,600 / 10 次）退費
購買後 7 日內、且尚未使用任何場次，可申請全額退費。超過 7 日，或已使用任一場次（以先發生者為準），恕不接受退費，無論剩餘場次多寡。
- 已預約但尚未進行的場次不影響上述規則——只要超過 7 日或已使用過一次，即不再受理退費。
- 效期屆滿一年或 10 次已全數使用完畢者，同樣不接受退費。
實體商品（蠟燭、喇叭、帳篷等）
猶豫期內，商品未拆封、未使用者可全額退費，運費由買方負擔（商品瑕疵或寄送錯誤除外，由本網站負擔）。已拆封使用或超過猶豫期者，恕不接受退換貨，個案情況請直接私訊洽詢。
捐款（請 George 老師喝一杯）
捐款屬自願性質贊助，一經收款即不接受退費，且僅接受銀行匯款付款，不提供信用卡付款選項。
退款方式與時間
退款將退回原付款方式：信用卡付款退回原刷卡卡片（依發卡銀行作業時間，入帳約需 5–10 個工作天）；銀行匯款則退至你提供的匯款帳戶。我們會於收到退費申請後 7 個工作天內完成處理。

This page explains the refund rules for "Tarot With George" (this website)'s shop and membership plan, covering both payment methods: credit card (via PAYUNi) and bank transfer.
7-day cooling-off period
Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act Article 19 (mail/online order sales), you may cancel and receive a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven't used the service yet. Physical goods must remain unused and in original condition.
Annual Guidance Membership (NT$3,600 / 10 sessions) refunds
Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and no session has been used yet. Once 7 days have passed, or a single session has been used — whichever happens first — the membership is non-refundable, regardless of how many sessions remain.
- A booked-but-not-yet-held session doesn't change this — once either condition above is met, no refund applies.
- Likewise, no refund once the one-year term has expired or all 10 sessions have been used.
Physical goods (candles, speaker, tent, etc.)
Within the cooling-off window, unopened and unused items can be returned for a full refund — return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent, in which case we cover it. Opened/used items or requests after the window are not eligible for return; message us for case-by-case exceptions.
Donations (buying George a drink)
Donations are voluntary support and are non-refundable once received. They're also accepted by bank transfer only — no credit card option is offered for donations.
Refund method & timing
Refunds return to the original payment method: credit card refunds go back to the original card (typically 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer); bank-transfer refunds go to the account you provide. We process refund requests within 7 business days of receiving them.

Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page with an updated date.
